What drew me to become a therapist was a strong desire to help people who feel stuck in some aspect of their life. I realize that the thought of talking to someone about your most intimate life struggles can be a difficult one. As a therapist, I strive to foster a supportive, trusting, and caring relationship with my clients. It is my most sincere desire to help clients heal and learn how to deal with life's struggles. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, loss and grief, coping with medical issues, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD. I am also a Board Certified Supervisor and can provide clinical supervision towards advanced licensure. I believe that the most important aspect of counseling is the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. As a therapist, I work with clients to identify areas of change and growth and discuss various strategies to help them achieve life or career goals. I also provide support and understanding through life's journey.
